Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Try AURIC free for 7 days — cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. If you do get charged and AURIC isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

1. The free trial comes first

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is collected up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling any time during the trial means no charge at all. We'll make the trial end date visible so it never surprises you.

2. 14-day money-back on your first charge

If you're on a new subscription — monthly or annual — and you ask within 14 days of your first charge, we'll refund that charge in full. Just email support@auricjournal.com from your account email with "refund" in the subject. No forms, no interrogation; if you can spare one sentence on why, it helps us make AURIC better.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges after your first billing period aren't generally refundable — cancelling instead stops the next renewal while keeping your access until the period ends. That said, if a renewal charge was a genuine mistake (you cancelled and were still charged, a duplicate charge, or you simply forgot an annual renewal and tell us promptly), contact us — we handle billing errors and honest cases like humans, not policies.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your subscription and data access continue to the end of the paid period. Note that the founder price lock is tied to a continuously active subscription — if you cancel and later return, re-subscribing is at the pricing current at that time.

5. How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
